Please check the Compatibility tab carefully for a full listing of compatible models. Most Jazzy models changed joystick remote connectors during their production runs. Unlike other "joystick controllers," the GC2/GC3 joystick remote is technically a "joystick remote" due to the fact that it is used in conjunction with a separate control module. Joystick remotes with a 3-prong connector will have a serial number of D50901 (CTLDC1461). 4-prong versions will have a serial number of D51157 (CTLDC1574). Please note that the 3-prong version has been discontinued by the manufacturer and is no longer available. Certain models of Jazzy Select, Select 6, and Select 6 Ultra power chairs use a GC joystick remote with a 3-prong connector which connects to the following controller:
